Flexible die manufacturing

CNC and etching
Our Flexible dies are chemically etched to start and finished off with accuracy via CNC engraving. Our Rotary tooling is CNC engraved for 100% precision cut dies. We also have quality check processes in place and customers are ensured with quality products upon a signed certificate of confirmity.

We offer exceptional DTP assistance to our customers. Our DTP team is well equipped to provide accurate artwork with a wide knowledge of technicalities surrounding custom shapes, die types and even technical drawings. The DTP team initiates the start of production by providing dielines for customer approval and artwork for production staff.
Delivery (inbound and outbound)
We provide delivery to our customers within the city and courier service to our outbound customers. Flexible dies are delivered within 24 hours (inbound) and delivery of rotary dies depends on intricacy of the die but time will be provided upon order. We will always ensure that items are delivered timeously.
